SUBMIT IF YOU WILL WORK AS A LOCAL HIRE IN THE COLLEGEDALE/ CHATTANOOGA AREA. TALENT MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY DURING THE SHOOTING SCHEDULE AND SELF-REPORT (no travel or lodging expense). DEADLINE: IF SELECTED TO AUDITION, SELF-TAPES ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 09, 2023. CALLBACK SELF-TAPES ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE OCTOBER 15, 2023.

Physically, he's a testament to hard, manual labor: rugged, with worn hands and a sturdy build, yet his persona paints a different picture. Suited up and suppressed, Tristan's demeanor is reminiscent of a white-collar worker. Think Charlie Brown in Mike Rowe's body. He's quiet, often struggling for the right words when faced with confrontations. Deeply in love with his wife, Laiose, he struggles to come to terms with her infidelity. He's out of his depth, unsure how to process or respond to the upheaval in his personal life.
LAIOSE - 25 to 40 years old, Female. Any ethnicity. On the surface, she still exudes a youthful, lively spirit, but a closer look reveals a woman worn down from within. Her eyes, once brimming with innocence, now hint at the guilt and shame of her choices. Torn between her past with her husband Tristan and the new allure with her lover Shay. She loves Tristan, but their relationship's cold, unfeeling nature has made it increasingly difficult to remember. Though troubled by her affair, her guilt further immobilizes her.
SHAY - 24 to 33 years old, Male. Any ethnicity. Shay is a confident man, teetering on the edge of arrogance. Aware and unashamed of his role as "the other man," he boldly stands his ground, especially when his relationship with Laiose is questioned. His assertive nature can sometimes come off as intrusive, yet underneath it all, he has a protective streak, especially towards Laiose. He genuinely cares for her and has little respect for Tristan, whom he views as a loser.
